A Guide to Setting Up Your Podcast on the Web

Whether you’re launching a brand-new show or adding the latest a latest episode to an ongoing series, uploading a podcast episode on studio.nircle.com is straightforward and user-friendly.
Access Nircle Studio
Open your preferred web browser and navigate to Nircle Studio. Log in with your credentials. If you haven’t created an account yet, follow the prompts to sign up.
After logging in, you’ll arrive at your main dashboard or homepage. Look for the “Podcast” tab. Click on “Podcast” to access the podcast creator.
Within the Podcast creator, locate the “Add New Episode” button. Click it to begin creating a new podcast.

Upload to add a cover image that represents your podcast show.

Click “Upload Image” and select a high-resolution, visually appealing file from your computer. Make sure it meets the Nircle'ss recommended dimensions and format (often JPEG or PNG, and a square aspect ratio, e.g., 3000 x 3000 pixels).
Once uploaded, adjust or crop the image as needed following the on-screen prompts.
Your uploaded photos appears like this after successfully uploading.
Add podcast descriptions

Provide a brief but compelling description that summarizes what listeners can expect from this particular episode. This short description often appears in podcast feeds and directories, so make it attention-grabbing yet informative.


Below he short description field, you’ll likely find a space for a more detailed, long-form description. Here’s where you can expand on the episode’s contents: give background on the guest (if you have one), break down the main topics or segments, and share any relevant links, credits, or timestamps.
Craft a narrative that draws the listener in and gives them all the context they need to appreciate the episode fully.


Once you’ve entered all the necessary information—title, cover image, descriptions, and any other fields—review your entries to ensure there are no typos or missing details. Check that the cover image displays correctly and that the formatting in your descriptions looks good.

Select Publishing rights and publish and hit the "Save" button.

When you’re confident everything is ready, click “Save”, and your podcast is created. And you're ready to start adding episodes.
How to Add an Existing Podcast to Nircle Podcast Directory

Adding RSS URL
If you already host your podcast somewhere, and you need to import your RSS Feed, all you need to do is to tap on the ADD RSS
Add your RSS Feed Link in the Podcast RSS URL box
Tap on the download black button to download all episodes
Add Podcast Cover
Select Category
Add Author Name, Podcast Title
Short and Long Description
Select Publishing Rights and Save.

Nircle Studios to start distributing your episodes.
